also called Hainan work permit andHainanresidential

completed work visa include work permit card and residential permit.

Preparation from the applicant:
1. An adult with healthy body;
2. Related work experience and professional
qualifications for two years or above;
3. A certain employer inHainan;
4. Valid passport;
5. Notarized No criminal record;
6. Notarized Education certificate.
Required Documents List:
A. From the Employer Side
1. Business license of the employer;
2. Organization Code Certificate, if any;
3. Company stamp;
4. Latest national and local taxation proof;
5. Labor contract in Chinese with the signature and stamp from both two
concerned parties;
6. Basic information from the employer, such as telephone number, fax number
and the contact information in china.
B. From the Applicant Side
1. Passport, Visa, record of entry and exit and resume (info pages of these
documents, the validity of the passport shall within 6 months);
2. Application for the work permit with the signature and official seal;
3. Evidence of working experiences with two years (namely the letter of
recommendation or work certificate issued by the former company with the
signature or seal as well as the valid contact information of the certifier);
4. Legalized and endorsed Non-Criminal Record issued by the state of
nationality or permanent residence and attested by embassy or notarized by
local notarization office (forHong Kong,MacaoandTaiwanregions) with the issuance date no more than 6 months. Non-criminal record
stated by the individual for the purpose of proving is unacceptable, while
non-oath purpose record issued by the diplomatic organ of the embassy can be
accepted;
5. Legalized and endorsed Academic certificate (attested by embassy for foreign
diploma, and notarized by local notarization office for domestic one);
6. Labor contract or certificate of employment (including the dispatch letter
of the multinational company) in Chinese with the signature and stamp from both
two concerned parties (invalid if altered);
7. 4-5 colored bareheaded photos (full-face bareheaded photo (white
background), 2 inch, JPF format, 40K-120K, 354px (width)*472px (height) - 420px
(width)*560px (height), 24-bit True Color);
8. Visa photo receipt;
9. Registration form of temporary residence inHainan;
10. Certificate of health examination issued by China Inspection and Quarantine
Institution or overseas designated health and medical organization, with the
issuance date within 6 months;
11. Notarization and legalization to certificates for family visa, namely,
relevant supporting documents of the accompanying family members, including the
info page of the passport or the international travel documents, family
relation certificates (marriage certificate, birth certificate, adoption
certificate or notarial attestation), physical examination report (over 18
years old) and electronic photo. Chinese translation version is required if the
language is made with English.
